What do you want to see in 2025? What is on God’s heart for the year ahead? We believe that our prayer has to be Revive25!
At World Prayer Centre we have been sensing for the last few months and increasing need to pray for a spiritual awakening. So, we decided to start the year in prayer declaring a faith-filled revival year in 2025 and a release of God’s power and blessing amid struggles and battles. Our theme for this year is Revive25!
It was such a blessing to gather approximately 150 people online on New Year’s morning to pray together for the year ahead. We had people from across the British Isles but also from as far as Australia!
We prophetically worshipped with the wonderful song New Thing Coming from Elevation Worship, declaring that revival is coming to our nations. We heard from Jason Hubbard – CEO, International Prayer Connect, who confirmed that they have also heard prophetically the theme Revive25. It is confirmation, from Bellingham in Washington USA, to Birmingham that we would come fully alive in 2025! Watch his message below:
This year, we want to pray:
- There would be a hunger to experience more of Christ.
- That Christians will be praying for a Christ awakening. Christ is always among us, but we want to see His manifest presence.
- Times of remarkable outpouring of His Spirit to enlarge God’s territory.
- That we will be living in the reality of Christ. For fresh revelation of who His son is. Showing us more of His glory and removing the veil of the spiritual blindness of this age.
- For seeds of faith that have been planted, waiting for abundant rain. Waiting to be saturated with God’s presence so that they will spring forth.
There is an emerging prayer movement around the world. God is getting ready to fully manifest His presence among us. We want to see the reality of Christ’s Kingdom by God’s Spirit using God’s Word. We pray that people will see the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We ask for people to be saturated with the truth of who Jesus really is.
As we broke into our online prayer rooms, there were amazing times of sharing and praying for God to move and prepare our hearts. As we came back together, many shared what they are sensing.
We see a gathering momentum of prayer that is rising! We hope that you can join us on the journey.
