William Porter from Beacon House of Prayer, Stoke on Trent, has been prompted by the Lord to do a cross walking prayer assignment this July across England.
He undertook a cross walk prayer pilgrimage from Stoke on Trent to London Westminster in October 2019 at the height of the Brexit crisis.
William now feels that he should drive to each city in England, walk and mark the city centre with the sign of the cross, and pray with local christians for God’ s blessing in this new season.
It seems a significant time again to walk with the cross for the blessing of cities and people after this pandemic.
William will be driving to three cities each day, one early morning, one lunchtime and one late afternoon.
He would be staying just two hours in each city – drive to the centre, walk north, south, east and west, for an hour or so, and then have 30 minutes of prayer with local christians, offering grace, releasing blessing and heralding glory.
There is a flyer below which give the basic details of the itinerary.
Further details of local contacts and any changes in timings of itinerary will be updated on the Beacon house of prayer website: www.beaconhop.org
William will post dailies from the walk on his personal Facebook and the Beacon Facebook group: www.facebook.com/groups/beaconHOP
