On Sunday 27 October, we will join with Media Trust as a global community for a global day of prayer for the media industry, starting in New Zealand and moving across the continents in a live 24-hour event.
In the UK, Carla Adebekun will lead the prayer from 12-3pm (London time), and we have wonderful guests lined up to represent and pray for the UK. You can join us live from wherever you are, as we lift up the people who work in the media – the reporters, producers, sound engineers, photographers, musicians, actors and more.
What will we be praying for?
- Truth in media: That truth would shine through the stories we hear and see.
- Integrity: That media professionals would act with integrity in all they do.
- Peace and unity: That the media would be a force for peace, bringing people together rather than dividing them.
- Creativity and inspiration: That those in the arts and entertainment sectors would be inspired and uplifted by God’s spirit.
